- granulated sugar - a pinch,
- apple cider vinegar - to taste,
- olive oil - to taste,
- salt - to taste.

Remove the red cabbage from the rough outer leaves and cut it as thin as possible using a sharp knife or a special device for slicing cabbage. Lightly salt the chopped vegetable and add a pinch of sugar to it.




Tip: in order for the finished red cabbage salad to be more juicy, the chopped cabbage should be thoroughly crushed with your hands. The main thing is not to forget to wear gloves so as not to stain your hands blue.
